The oldest daily in France, Le Figaro recently published a documentary titled "Vietnam Panorama: A Feast of the Senses", a 52'35 minute film directed by Eric Bacos, depicts a panoramic picture of the country and people of Vietnam.

With vivid images and sounds, reflecting many aspects of daily life in the country located in Southeast Asia, the film takes viewers on a tour of Vietnam through the small screen.

Starting from the South, home to the country's most dynamic economic hub, Ho Chi Minh City (formerly Saigon), down to the famous gardens and rivers of the Mekong Delta, then gliding across the Central strip of land to the North, towards the Gulf of Tonkin and Hanoi, Vietnam stretches like a dragon reaching out to the East Sea.

As the cradle of an incredibly rich civilization, Vietnam has managed to preserve its ancient capital cities and colonial architecture, testament to the cultures that spanned their history.

The country is a diverse picture, with spectacular natural landscapes, from rice terraces to the islands dotted around Ha Long Bay.

Interspersed with sounds, images, colors and flavors, director Eric Bacos takes viewers on a trip to Vietnam that, according to him, will quickly become a "feast for the senses".
