A 157-member Malaysia delegation visited the Vietnamese pearl island of Phu Quoc situated off the coast of the Mekong Delta province of Kien Giang from August 9 to August 11 as part of efforts to survey tourist attractions and products.

The administration of Kien Giang introduced participating travel operators to Phu Quoc’s tourism potential and advantages, including diverse cuisine and culture, as well as its various strengths in eco-tourism.

During the trip, each of the guests toured around many beautiful sightseeing spots in Phu Quoc such as the Kiss Bridge, an iconic work praised by CNN; Hon Thom Island; Sunset Town entertainment complex, a site offering visitors fun experiences day and night year-round; and Phu Quoc National Park.
