Two local beauties depart for Miss International and Miss Universe pageants

Vietnamese representatives Thanh Thuy and Ky Duyen left Ho Chi Minh City on October 28 for Japan and Mexico as they head to compete for titles at the Miss International and Miss Universe pageants.
