The Vietnam Phở (noodle) Festival 2024 will be held in Seoul, the Republic of Korea (RoK), on October 5 – 6 in an effort to promote Vietnamese culinary culture to international friends, heard a hybrid press conference connecting Ho Chi Minh City and Seoul on July 29.
