During the Food & Hospitality Hanoi 2025 exhibition, residents and visitors in Hanoi have the opportunity to taste a variety of dishes and beverages from the United States, Singapore, Spain, Portugal, Australia, and athers.
Taking place from March 18 to 20, Food & Hospitality Hanoi 2025 gathers over 180 domestic and international enterprises from various countries and territories.
At the European pavilion, visitors can savour Spain’s signature serrano ham, while professional chefs demonstrate innovative dishes that blend European flavours with Vietnamese cuisine.
The Singapore zone showcases iconic dishes from the island state, including bao buns, dumplings, and dim sum. Singaporean cuisine reflects its ethnic diversity, featuring Malaysian, Chinese, and Indian influences.
The American pavilion highlights premium cuts of beef from the United States.
Norway’s renowned seafood is also prominently featured at the exhibition.
The Australian beef showcase attracts a large number of visitors eager to explore high-quality meat products from Australia.
Guests take photos and enjoy imported American potatoes at a dedicated exhibition space.
A variety of Japanese-inspired dishes made with authentic Japanese ingredients are also presented.
Beyond culinary experiences, Food & Hospitality Hanoi 2025 introduces advanced hospitality solutions, including service and reception robots for the restaurant and hotel industry.
With over 70% of exhibitors coming from overseas, Food & Hospitality Hanoi 2025 serves as a global business hub, fostering cross-cultural culinary connections.
To mark the event, the Asia’s Excellent Taste Awards 2025 ceremony is held to honour and connect top chefs, experts, and businesses in the food and beverage industry.
