The unveiling of the Michelin Guide 2024 restaurant selections for the prominent cities of Vietnam, including Hanoi, HCM City, and Da Nang, will take place on June 27 at the InterContinental Saigon Hotel in HCM City.

The official announcement event will feature a premium cocktail reception and present the annual Michelin Guide selections for the three cities. It aims not only to acknowledge the accomplishments of the dynamic culinary scenes but also to foster unity within these communities and inspire them to strive for greater achievements.

This exclusive event will be attended by over 300 restaurant industry professionals, representatives from Michelin Guide official partners, as well as local and international media delegates.

The Michelin Guide selections for this year will encompass the Michelin Guide Special Awards, the Michelin Selected, the Bib Gourmand exclusive to Da Nang, and the highly anticipated Michelin Stars.

All dining establishments featured in the guide undergo assessment and rating by anonymous Michelin Guide inspectors based on five key criteria: quality of ingredients, mastery of cooking techniques, flavor harmony, the chef's culinary expression, and consistency of excellence across the menu over time.

These criteria, now applied in over 40 destinations globally, ensure a fair and consistent selection process upholding an international standard of excellence.

The evening will continue with a premium cocktail reception featuring delicacies prepared by Michelin Starred and Michelin Selected restaurants from both within Vietnam and abroad, offering guests the opportunity to partake in exceptional and unforgettable dining experiences.

The awards ceremony will be live-streamed on the Michelin Guide Asia YouTube channel, allowing food enthusiasts and industry professionals worldwide to partake in the glamourous gastronomic night.
