K-pop rapper Kim Han Bin alias B.I is expected to come to Vietnam for a performance at 8Wonder Moon Festival in Hanoi next month as a special guest.

B.I is a Korean rapper, singer, songwriter, record producer, and dancer. Kim joined the Korean showbiz when he was 13 years old, but he had not been known throughout the country until he took part in the rapper show Show Me The Money and debuted in the boy band iKon under YG Entertainment in September 2015.

His contributions to iKon’s second studio album Return for the lead single Love Scenario, earning him the Songwriter of the Year award at the 2018 Melon Music Awards.

After the 2019 drug scandal, Kim returned to the Korean showbiz and impressed the fans as a solo artist with charity single album Midnight Blue (Love Streaming) and full-length charity studio album Waterfall in 2021.

The following year, he continued to return with the single BTBT that helped the male idol enter Spotify’s Viral chart in 51 countries and top iTunes in 49 regions. He is considered the most hard-working idol in K-pop, as in 2023 alone, the male rapper continuously released three products called To Die, Die for Love, and Dare to Love.

Kim is preparing for his tour of 14 European countries, and he will performed at 8Wonder Moon Festival, a gala music, in Vietnam as the special guest.

The music party will be held in Ocean City, east of Hanoi, by VinWonders, from September 6 – 8. It will bring together Vietnamese and international artists, including US-UK star Ne-Yo, and K-pop rapper B.I.
