Hanoi ready to host first ever lotus festival

The administration of Hanoi have made its final preparations for the debut lotus festival, which will open in the capital on the evening of July 12.

      The wearing of áo dài (traditional long dress) costume and tailoring craft of the dress has been recognised as a National Intangible Heritage by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the fourth such recognition in the central province.
