As many as 117 films from 51 countries and territories, including the United States, France, Germany, Sweden, Russia, Denmark, Norway, China, and Japan, will compete for titles at the seventh Hanoi International Film Festival (HANIFF) that is due to take place in Hanoi from November 7 to 11, a press conference held on November 5.
