Vietnam Airlines will inaugurate a direct air route between Hanoi and Milan starting from July 1, 2025, thereby making it the first Vietnamese carrier to set up a direct connection to Italy.
Bình Định and Korean Air should work together to launch a direct air route from the central Vietnamese province to the Republic of Korea (RoK) by the end of this year, an official said on August 21.
Viejet opened a direct air route linking Hanoi and Hiroshima on May 12, marking the first of its kind connecting Vietnam and the Japanese prefecture and the eighth of Vietjet between the two countries.
