Budget airline VietJet Air has submitted to the Ministry of Transport and the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam (CAAV) its plan to wet lease two jets from China's state-owned aircraft manufacturer COMAC for the Hanoi/Ho Chi Minh City -Con Dao route.
