VICAS Director Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Thi Thu Phuong said with the theme “Re-generation”, the festival focuses on environment, community and space, and culture and heritage. The festival is expected to contribute to realising the targets set in the National Strategy on the Development of Cultural Industries.
