Also on the list of the top 10 ASEAN football clubs with the highest average audience in the 2023/2024 season, Nam Dinh FC of Vietnam ranked fourth with 13,230 fans watching each match.
The top three consist of Thailand’s Buriram United FC with an average of 20,671 viewers each match, Malaysia’s Johor Darul Ta'zim with 17,623 fans each match, and Indonesia’s Pesija Jakarta with an average crowd of 17,360 each match.
V.League 1 is the top professional football league in Vietnam and is managed by the Vietnam Professional Football Joint Stock Company (VPF). It is contested by 14 clubs who play each other on a home and away basis. The team finishing top at the end of the season are crowned champions and enter the AFC Champions League Two.
