The V.League 1, the nation’s top professional football league, came fourth among the value rankings of domestic leagues in ASEAN, according to the website aseanfootball.org.
The 2023/2024 football season of the V.League 1 saw an average of 5,890 spectators per match in attendance, taking the lead among Southeast Asian domestic leagues.
The 2024 - 2025 football season of the V.League 1 will see 100% of matches apply the video assistant referee (VAR) technology, said Tran Quoc Tuan, president of the Vietnam Football Federation.
