The HCM City People’s Committee, the city Labour Federation and Sài Gòn Giải Phóng (Liberated Saigon) newspaper on Tuesday gave away the Tôn Đức Thắng Awards to 15 engineers and workers to honour their technical initiatives and practical scientific projects.
