The Ministry of Industry and Trade (MoIT) has decided to review new exporters involved in the application of measures against trade remedy circumvention for certain sugar products, its Trade Remedies Authority (Trav) said.
The United States is viewed as both the market with the most trade defence investigations into Vietnamese exports and the country with the most trade defense investigations into members of the World Trade Organization (WTO) with many other markets.
