Model and freelance actor Nguyen Xuan Thang, a former hot boy of Hanoi University of Science and Technology, has surpassed 12 other opponents to be named the winner of the Next Gentlemen 2024 contest.

Xuan Thang, 23, possesses a strikingly handsome face, an ideal height of 1.80 meters, and a perfect body. From the early rounds of the contest, he has demonstrated numerous qualities, leading to predictions that he would be a potential contestant in the program.

During the finales in Ho Chi Minh City on November 2 evening, 13 contestants had to go through various segments, including showcasing sportswear and evening attire (suits), to select the top 5 for the question-and-answer round.

One of the top five contestants, Xuan Thang looked confident about answering the jury’s question about the role of knowledge about society and life in shaping the character of a gentleman.

In reply, Xuan Thang affirmed the crucial role of knowledge about life and society, contributing to forming an individual’s character and identity. In his opinions, the family, the smallest unit in society, is the environment where a child learns how to become a son and a man. He uses his courage and confidence to transition from the small family to the larger society in a strong and mature way.

Xuan Thang also affirmed that no temptation will ever affect a gentleman, especially a well-rounded gentleman who has honed in these skills, and that no rival can ever beat him.

Notably, Xuan Thang’s greetings and introduction in Korean delighted the audience and brought them to their feet, helping him confidently secure the title of the contest.

Xuan Thang was previously a student majoring in Technical Physics at Hanoi University of Science and Technology. In 2020, a candid photo of the charming young student in the lecture hall went viral, earning him the nickname “hot boy” of the university.

Currently, in addition to working as a model and freelance actor, he is also studying Theater and Film Acting at Hanoi Academy of Theatre and Cinema.
