Over 60 contestants wow in national costume competition at Mr World 2024

The Top 60 finalists of Mr World 2024 fascinated both judges and fans in the national costume competition held on November 21 as part of the male pageant which is getting underway in Phan Thiet city.
The national costume competition draws plenty of attention from local media and audiences due to the impressive designs on show.
Some of the outfits impress viewers due to their uniqueness.
Vietnamese representative Pham Tuan Ngoc dons an outfit weighing 25kg at the event. The national costume has the theme of “Thạch Long Họa Khắc”, a masterpiece deeply inspired by Vietnamese culture.

The male pageant takes place in Vung Tau and Phan Thiet cities from November 5 to November 24, with the event attracting the participation of more than 60 contestants from around the world.
Mr World 2024 also offers a range of sub-contests, including Beauty With A Purpose, Top Model, Mr Talent, Mr Sport, and the Head to Head Challenge.
Mr World represents one of three major global male pageants organised by the Miss World Organization.
The annual contest was first held back in 1996, with the event returning this year following a four-year hiatus.
Top 20 finalists of the national costume competition are announced, including representatives from Colombia, Jamaica, Mexico, Nicaragua, Puerto Rico, and Vietnam.
Jack Heslewood, the reigning Mr World, will hand over the title to his successor during the final night of the 2024 edition which is due to be held on November 23.
