Khanh Hoa to welcome New Year with festive celebrations

As many as 45 culture and sporting activities will be launched from late November to February, 2025, in order to lure tourists during the upcoming festive period.

Golf Festival Nha Trang 2024 will run from November 27 to November 29 and a pickleball tournament will take place from November 29 to December 1 in Nha Trang city to open the event.

A string of events will get underway, including a photo exhibition on landscapes and people at Khanh Hoa province’s museum, a fair, and a cultural exchange between Khanh Hoa province and Ulsan city of the Republic of Korea will all take place this December.

The highlight of the function will be a countdown party to ring in the new year with music and a low-range firework display at 2/4 Square in Nha Trang city on December 31.

2/4 Square in Nha Trang city will continue to serve as a venue in which both locals and tourists can partake in activities to welcome the traditional Lunar New Year (Tet) festival, such as Festival DJ EDM Nha Trang held between January 17 and January 18 and art programmes taking place from January 22 to February 3.

A film screening to mark the 95th founding anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam and to celebrate Tet will be held from January 26 to February 3, or from the 27th day of the last lunar month to the sixth day of the first lunar month.

Furthermore, many music performances and entertainment activities will be organised in a bid to attract more and more tourists.
