Vietnamese beauty queens crowned at global contests

So far, a total of six Vietnamese beauties have won the highest prizes at international pageants, including Miss International 2024 through Huynh Thi Thanh Thuy and Miss Grand International 2021 through Nguyen Thuc Thuy Tien.
Contestant Huynh Thi Thanh Thuy surpassed 70 opponents in order to secure the Miss International 2024 crown in Japan on November 12, in doing so becoming the first Vietnamese beauty to win this pageant.
Le Nguyen Bao Ngoc, the first runner-up of Miss World Vietnam 2022, was crowned Miss Intercontinental 2022. She also became the first Vietnamese beauty to win the crown of this pageant.
Nguyen Thuc Thuy Tien overcame 63 other contestants to become the winner of Miss Grand International 2021 pageant held in Thailand.
Local singer Nguyen Huong Giang is notable for being the first Vietnamese representative to win the highest title at the transgender beauty pageant Miss International Queen 2018.
Nguyen Phuong Khanh bested 86 other aspiring contenders to claim the 2018 Miss Earth crown, making her the first woman from Vietnam to win the title since the pageant began in 2001.
Do Tran Khanh Ngan wins the Miss Globe 2017 crown in Tirana, the capital of Albania, becoming the first-ever Vietnamese to win one of eight largest beauty pageants in the world.
