Vietnamese student to vie for Miss Intercontinental 2024 crown

Bui Khanh Linh, a student of Vietnam National University of Agriculture, will represent the country at the upcoming Miss Intercontinental pageant which is due to take place in Egypt later this year.

The announcement was made at a ceremony held in Ho Chi Minh City on October 8.

Khanh Linh stands at 1.76 metres tall with body measurements of 84-60-96 cm. She first rose to prominence by clinching Top 10 and Top 5 finishes at both Miss World Vietnam 2022 and 2023, respectively.

The 22-year-old beauty then won the first runner-up title of Miss Grand Vietnam 2023, meeting the criteria to compete at the 2024 Miss Intercontinental pageant.

The Miss Intercontinental pageant was first held in 1971, and the 2024 edition is set to get underway in Egypt from November 20 to December 6, attracting 70 contestants worldwide.

The competition is one of the world’s most prestigious beauty pageants in the world, alongside Miss World, Miss Universe, and Miss International. Indeed, it has grown to become the ultimate showcase of female beauty and success.

Previously, Le Nguyen Bao Ngoc of Vietnam was crowned Miss Intercontinental 2022, marking the best result achieved by a Vietnamese beauty at the global beauty pageant so far.
