Quang Nam native departs for Miss Grand International 2024 in Cambodia

Vo Le Que Anh, Miss Grand Vietnam, left Ho Chi Minh City’s Tan Son Nhat International Airport for Cambodia on October 3 as she heads to compete in the Miss Grand International 2024 beauty contest.

This comes after, Que Anh, who hails from the central province of Quang Nam, was crowned as Miss Grand Vietnam 2024 after surpassing 35 other opponents during the grand finale on the evening of August 3.

The 23-year-old beauty queen, who graduated from Hue University with a degree in the Korean Language and Culture, stands at 1.72m tall with measurements of 78-62-89 cm.

The beauty from Quang Nam impressed others with her perfect figure and sunny smile.

Que Anh was also the runner-up of the Hue University 2020 beauty contest, among the top 40 Miss Vietnam 2020 and the first runner-up at the Da Nang Tourism 2022 beauty contest.

Miss Grand International (MGI), founded back in 2013, is one of the world's largest beauty contests to focus on humanitarian issues and to promote peace. Nguyen Thuc Thuy Tien was crowned Miss Grand International 2021, becoming the first Vietnamese contestant to do so.

Architect Le Hoang Phuong won the fourth runner-up title at MGI 2023 which was held in Vietnam. This year the 12th edition of Miss Grand International is set to begin from October 4, with several pageant activities set to get underway in Cambodia.

Contestants from a total of 75 countries and territories worldwide will compete in many sub-contests, including Best In Swimsuit, National Costume, and Grand voice Award.

Luciana Fuster of Peru will crown her successor during the final night of MGI 2024, which is due to take place on October 25 in Bangkok, Thailand.
