150 international sales agents and travel firms to visit Khanh Hoa

About 150 leading sales agents from Kazakhstan and other countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) are set to visit Vietnam from October 5 to 14 to survey tourist destinations around Nha Trang in the southcentral province of Khanh Hoa.

The event, to be organsied by Anex Vietnam Travel and Trading Company, will offer on-site surveys at local travel businesses whilst allowing foreign sales agents to visit well-known tourist attractions around the coastal city.

The company said it will also kick off a programme called ‘Anex Central Asia - Tropical Sense Workshop in Vietnam 2024’ which aims to spur local tourism promotion and provide the international sales agents with a greater understanding of the province’s tourism products and strengths.

At the event, Anex Vietnam’s hotel partners will introduce their products and services to the sales agents from Kazakhstan and the CIS in a bid attract tourists from these markets in the winter tourism season of 2024 to 2025 and subsequent years.

According to a representative from Anex Vietnam Travel and Trading Company, both Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan are among Khanh Hoa’s key tourist source markets.

Currently, the company operates charter flights from Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan to Khanh Hoa province with the frequency of five to six flights per week.
