Hospitality industry to speed up digital transformation-based growth

More than 2,000 visitors, including a hundred hotel and restaurant businesses, with 45 speakers will be participating in the Exhibition & Forum on Technology, Innovation in the Hospitality Industry, HORECFEX Vietnam 2024, in Đà Nẵng on September 23-24.

ĐÀ NẴNG — More than two thousand visitors, including hundreds of representatives of hotels and restaurants, with 45 speakers, will be participating in the Exhibition & Forum on Technology, Innovation in the Hospitality Industry, HORECFEX Vietnam 2024, at the central city-based Ariyana Convention Centre in Đà Nẵng on September 23-24.

The event, which is co-organised by the Việt Nam Hotel Association, will provide opportunities for businesses in the hospitality sector to share experience in improving service quality and operational management.

The event’s organisers said the conference will help connect hospitality businesses and technology providers in fostering innovation and growth as well as introduce cutting-edge solutions for the Vietnamese hospitality industry.

It said HORECFEX Việt Nam will serve as a networking platform, updating market trends and technological solutions from reputable experts and speakers in paving out ‘Leading the Future of Hospitality’ plan.

There will be 65 exhibition booths introducing new technology and digital transformation in the hospitality industry including leading enterprises such as AI Chatbot, Microsoft and Oracle.

The central city has emerged as a key player in the growing Asia Pacific’s MICE sector as the hub strongly committes its service excellence with the world-class facilities in a strategic location.

Last year, the city received 163 MICE groups with total 45,344 visitors setting up events at Ariyana Convention Centre Đà Nẵng.  VNS
