PM requests authorities to focus on treating poisoned people in Vĩnh Phúc Province

In order to continue promoting and effectively implementing solutions to prevent food poisoning, in Official dispatch No. 50/CD-TTg, the PM requested the People's Committee of Vĩnh Phúc to direct local relevant agencies to focus on treating the people suffering from the food poisoning, inspect and clarify the causes of poisoning and take measures to handle the case in accordance with regulations.

In order to continue promoting and effectively implementing solutions to prevent food poisoning, in Official dispatch No. 50/CD-TTg, the PM requested the People's Committee of Vĩnh Phúc to direct local relevant agencies to focus on treating the people suffering from the food poisoning, inspect and clarify the causes of poisoning and take measures to handle the case in accordance with regulations.

HÀ NỘI – Prime Minister Phạm Minh Chính has asked the Ministry of Health, and other relevant agencies to promptly handle the food poisoning case in northern Vĩnh Phúc Province.

On May 14, as many as 350 people suffered from food poisoning at Shinwon Ebenezer Vietnam Co. Ltd. in Khai Quang industrial zone in Vĩnh Yên City of Vĩnh Phúc Province.

In order to continue promoting and effectively implementing solutions to prevent food poisoning, in Official dispatch No. 50/CD-TTg, the PM requested the People's Committee of Vĩnh Phúc to direct local relevant agencies to focus on treating the people suffering from the food poisoning, inspect and clarify the causes of poisoning and take measures to handle the case in accordance with regulations.

The People's Committees of provinces and centrally-run cities across the country were asked to continue to strictly implement the tasks and solutions directed by the PM in Official dispatch No. 44/CD-TTg dated May 3, 2024.

The PM has also requested the Ministry of Health to continue to closely monitor the situation, direct the application of appropriate measures to prevent and handle food poisoning and promptly support localities to handle and overcome consequences of food poisoning in case of necessity. VNS
