Police investigate after a model discovers hidden camera in toilet

District 3 Police and Võ Thị Sáu Ward Police are investigating after model Bùi Thái Bảo Châu, whose stage is Châu Bùi, discovered a hidden camera in the toilet where she was filming.

HCM CITY — District 3 Police and Võ Thị Sáu Ward Police are investigating after model Bùi Thái Bảo Châu, whose stage is Châu Bùi, discovered a hidden camera in the toilet in a studio where she had been filming.

On Sunday evening, Châu discovered that she was secretly being filmed by a hidden camera while changing clothes in the bathroom of studio W. in District 3.

Châu wrote on her Facebook page on Tuesday, saying that she and her team thoroughly checked the restroom before she started filming a commercial. However, thirty minutes later, they unexpectedly found a hidden camera as a watch behind a towel.

After extracting the pictures from the covert camera, her crew and the studio discovered several sensitive photographs of the model that had been taken.

N.T.H., a staff member of the production crew, admitted that he had secretly put up the hidden camera to record the model while she was getting dressed in the restroom.

Châu and studio W.'s representative reported the matter to the local police. — VNS
