General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee and State President To Lam, Mongolian President Ukhnaagiin Khurelsukh and high-level delegations from the two countries attended an opening ceremony for the first Vietnamese Cultural Day in Mongolia on September 30.
The 2nd HCMC River Festival promoting the land, people, and cultural identities of Vietnam in general and HCMC particularly opened at Nha Rong (Dragon House) Wharf and Sai Gon Port on the Sai Gon River in District 1 on the evening of May 31.
