Eleven component projects of the 2017-2020 North-South expressway, including rest areas, are still missing after the route being opened to traffic for more than a year.
There are about 3,772 households affected by the project, of which 551 households are subject to relocation. And about 4,642 graves needed moving out, of which nearly 4,000 graves had to be relocated to new locations.
