HÀ NỘI — Nguyễn Văn Bình, Director of the Legal Department under the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs, is being prosecuted for intentionally disclosing classified information.

His arrest on Thursday is the result of a decision issued on April 24 by the Hà Nội City Police's Security Investigation Agency to press charges against the director. He was accused of violating Article 337 of the Criminal Code for disclosing classified information.
