Audiences in HCM City can explore the culture and history of Italy by watching classics at the 2024 Italian Film Festival, Enrica Padula, the country’s consul general in the city said.
The Italian Film Festival 2024 is being arranged by the Embassy of Italy in Hà Nội, in collaboration with Rome’s Asian Film Festival, aiming to offer Vietnamese audiences a glimpse into Italy's contemporary cinema.
The Italian Film Festival 2024 is set to be held in Hanoi in late September, with Vietnamese audiences being offered the chance to delve into the rich history of contemporary Italian movies.
A total of 21 documentaries, several of which have garnered awards at both international and Vietnamese film festivals, will take centre stage during the 14th European-Vietnamese Documentary Film Festival.
