Indonesian contestant Ketut Permata Juliastrid Sari crowned Miss Cosmo 2024

Ketut Permata Juliastrid Sari of Indonesia beat nearly other 60 contestants from various countries and territories worldwide to be crowned Miss Cosmo 2024 during the finale held in Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam) on October 5 evening.

Ketut Permata Juliastrid, 21, is a student majoring in application design at Bali Institute of Design and Business in Denpasar. She hopes to use her knowledge to contribute to the fashion industry.

From the first days of the contest, she displayed a professional and lively demeanor, maintaining a consistent performance. Standing at 1.74m tall with an impressive figure, Ketut captivated everyone’s attention during the final night of the pageant.

Ahead of the final night, she was predicted by beauty fans to be a strong contender for this year’s crown thanks to her outstanding performances throughout the contest over the past month.

Contestants competed in various segments such as the swimsuit competition, evening gown presentation, and the Q&A to select the final Top 2.

The title of Miss Cosmo 2024 Runner-Up went to Thai beauty Mook Karnruethai Tassabut, 29, who is a model and bilingual host fluent in Thai and English. She graduated from the Faculty of Arts at Silpakorn University.

Vietnamese contestant Bui Xuan Hanh reached the Top 5 in the final standings alongside two other contestants from the United States and Peru. She also won the award for the Best Evening Gown.

The Top 10 contestants were representatives from Indonesia, Zimbabwe, Cambodia, Thailand, the Dominican Republic, the United States, Mexico, the Philippines, Peru, and Vietnam.

This is the first time the Miss Cosmo pageant has been held in Vietnam with the participation of nearly 60 contestants from more than 50 countries and territories worldwide.
