The local model will go on to represent Vietnam at the Mister World male pageant which is set to take place in Binh Thuan province this September.
Ngoc earlier won the most favourite contestant sub-title in The Face Vietnam 2023 contest.
The Mr World Vietnam 2024 male pageant was first launched in February, attracting the participation of 29 finalists.
Alongside the winner, the first and second runner-up titles went to Vo Minh Toai and Dinh Ta Bi.
The organisers also presented awards to winners of various sub-contests, including Mr Sport, Mr Fitness, Mr Business, Mr Media Award, Mr Talent, Top Model, Head to Head Challenge inner, and the Beauty with a Purpose.
Mister World is one of three major global male pageants which is organised by the Miss World Organization.
The annual contest was first held in 1996, and it returns this year after a four-year hiatus. Jack Heslewood, the reigning Mister World, will hand over the title to his successor in the final night of the 2024 edition which is due to be held on September 28.
