HÀ NỘI – Hà Nội will launch a new double-decker city tour from downtown Hoàn Kiếm Lake to Bát Tràng pottery village in its suburbs this year.

The new service, CITR No4, will depart from Đông Kinh Nghĩa Thục Square by the lakeside between Mondays and Fridays, and from the nearby Diên Hồng flower garden on Saturdays and Sundays for the Bát Tràng Pottery Museum, according to the municipal People’s Committee.

The new service is expected to enhance experience of both domestic and foreign visitors when coming to Hà Nội, dubbed the land of a thousand years of civilisation.

Currently, the capital city is operating several hop-on and hop-off sightseeing city tours using both double-decker and single-decker open-top buses.

Located in Giang Cao and Bát Tràng hamlets of Bát Tràng commune, Gia Lam District, Bát Tràng pottery village is one of the most famous attractions in Hà Nội. Here, visitors can not only admire ceramic products and the ceramic making craft, but also check in virtually with beautiful photos. - VNA/VNS
