Authorities have installed barriers around bridge railings, in addition to putting more focus on mental health counselling to try and deter those who think of taking their own life.
Vietnamese firms spent US$1.55 billion on importing 74,585 completely-built-up (CBU) cars in the first six months of the year, according to the General Department of Vietnam Customs.
