Hosted by JW Marriott Hanoi, the 'Singapore Culinary Week' with chef Suah will take place from August 9-14 at JW Café, while the premium French-style lunch and dinner with chef Menard will be from August 14-18 at the French Grill.

HÀ NỘI – Food enthusiasts in Hà Nội will be delighted with a unique culinary week featuring the esteemed three-starred Michelin chef Bruno Menard and Singaporean culinary expert chef Mark Suah from W Singapore – Sentosa Cove.

Chef Bruno and chef Suah, with distinct culinary styles representing different traditions, will delight all lovers of global cuisine. These events promise a unique exploration of taste artistry and cultural discovery for all diners.

Starting his culinary journey at the age of 16, chef Suah has gathered over ten years of expertise and multiple honours around Asia. Since 2021, he has worked as Chef de Partie at W Singapore - Sentosa Cove, specialising in crafting locally inspired culinary creations.

In his first visit to JW Café, chef Suah will highlight the distinct flavours of Singapore's multicultural cuisine with a lunch and dinner buffet menu offering eight intriguing dishes such as Singapore Chilli Crab, Hainanese Chicken Rice and Salted Egg Chicken...and many more. Notably, his creative take on Laksa from W Singapore – Sentosa Cove will add an exciting twist to the week.

From August 14-18, connoisseurs can enjoy a remarkable culinary journey as celebrity chef Menard, a former three-starred Michelin chef, makes his highly-anticipated return to the French Grill.

A significant highlight of the voyage is the Elite Wine Dinner on August 16, showcasing exceptional wines from Chateau Lafite Rothschild, perfectly paired with an exquisite menu.

On August 17-18 chef Menard and chef Jean-Francois Nulli, the two top culinary artisans, will come together to deliver an unparalleled gourmet experience with weekend lunch of refined dining.
