MoPS proposes to reduce fines for drink driving

The ministry is currently seeking feedback on the changes.

Traffic violations persist despite police efforts, alcohol offences high
In the first six months of this year, out of over 2.1 million road, rail and waterway traffic violations, there were over 501,000 cases of drink driving, accounting for 19,85 per cent of all violations.
