The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism announced that on the list of national intangible heritages are the Huệ Nam Palace Festival and the traditional craft of making Vân Cù vermicelli.
The plan, spearheaded by the Việt Nam National Institute of Culture and Arts Studies (VICAS), is part of the national target programme aimed at boosting socio-economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous regions this year.
The restoration and enhancement project for the Hoàng A Tưởng mansion heritage site in Bắc Hà District, Lao Cai Province is expected to be finished in October 2024.
