Buy2Sell fired most of the old employees and re-established the company’s operational and management structure, with Le Hong Linh appointed new CEO to succeed Harry Morant.
“I had appointed the full operation and management of Buy2Sell to poor management team. During their tenure, they hired several staff members and agencies under their directive, which unfortunately led to numerous violations of company policy. These actions caused significant negative impacts on the company’s business performance, reputation, and relationships,” said Linh.
“Our relationship with our partners has been affected, including cases where former employees and an agent committed embezzlement and impersonated our company to request suppliers to send goods to their individual address in France. We are currently undertaking legal proceedings to address these violations and ensure they are handled according to court procedures,” added the new CEO.
There has been some unverified false information from members of the old organization that has spread incorrectly about Buy2Sell and the new individual operators. Because of the mistakes, the company’s board of shareholders decided to replace all personnel to ensure the company’s operations continue smoothly.
“2023 was a difficult economic year for Buy2Sell, and poor management drove Buy2Sell to the brink of collapse. However, we, the major shareholders and new investors, are committed to continuing to ensure financial security for Buy2Sell and to operating the service effectively for our customers,” said Linh.
The recovery following the implementation of a new operating structure has increased sales by 45% and significantly improved product service.
Buy2Sell continues to ensure normal operations and responsibility to customers while conducting legal procedures for misconduct and criminal violations by former employees with the court authorities.
