Vietnamese billiards players are still allowed to participate in international billiards tournaments, even though the World Confederation of Billiards Sports (WCBS) has announced the suspension of membership for the Vietnam Billiards & Snooker Federation (VBSF).
As many as 245 billiard players, including 87 local cueists, have been banned from participating in tournaments of the World Pool Association (WPA), or those arranged by WPA members, for six months.
