The event was held jointly by the Taipei Bakery Association (TBA) and Chan Chao International and attracted the participation of more than 120 domestic and international businesses who came together in order to showcase a wide range of baking and packaging machinery, associated materials, and a wide assortment of pastries in 200 booths.
VIBS aims to create a reliable and professional platform in which domestic and international bakery businesses can meet, exchange, and explore business development opportunities.
A number of workshops focusing on sharing experience, discussing current issues, and exploring the development trends of the Vietnamese bakery industry will also be held during the course of the event.
Furthermore, the second Vietnam Talented Baker Competition is expected to provide an opportunity for talented Vietnamese chefs to engage in international exchanges, learn, and improve their professional skills and experience.
VIBS 2024 will last until December 14.
