According to details given by the Vietnam Pepper Association, November alone witnessed the country export 10,754 tonnes of cinnamon worth US$28.8 million, up 5.8% in volume on-month.
India and the US represented the two main export markets of Vietnamese cinnamon with 4, 429 tonnes and 1,253 tonnes, respectively.
Meanwhile, Prosi Thang Long remained the largest cinnamon exporter with 1,673 tonnes during the reviewed period, accounting for 15.6% of the overall market share.
This was followed by Son Ha Spice & Flavorings with 669 tonnes, Tuan Minh Company with 676 tonnes, Senspices with 531 tonnes, and Olam Vietnam with 440 tonnes.
