Nguyen lieu:
200g ca loc fillet bo da, 4 qua trung ga, hanh tim va rau thi la bam nho, muoi, hat tieu, hat nem.

Thuc hien:
Ca fillet bam nho, cho gia vi, rau thi la va hanh tim vao, tron deu, vo thanh vien nho, trung trang mong, cho ca vien vao goi gon, sau do de vao lo vi song trong 5 phut.
Trinh bay:
Mon nay dung nong voi nuoc mam chua ngot.
Canh nam bo duong
Nguyen lieu:
500g xuong ong heo, 1/2 con ga, 50g moi loai: nam huong, nam trang, nam bao ngu, nam rom, muoi, hat sen, hat nem, gung thai lat

Thuc hien:
Xuong ham lay nuoc dung, xao gung thom, cho ga chat mieng vuong vao, cho nuoc dung, den khi ham ga mem thi tiep tuc cho nam huong, gia vi va cac loai nam vao.
Trinh bay:
Mon nay an nong voi nuoc mam man.
Tom sot cam
Nguyen lieu:
300 gr tom su song, 2 trai cam tuoi, 5 tep toi, muoi, tieu, duong, hat nem.

Thuc hien:
Tom lot vo, bo chi den, uop gia vi cho tham, chien so. Phi toi vang, cho nuoc cam vao, nem gia vi, sau do cho tom dun trong 5 phut. Cuoi cung them chut bot nang cho sanh.
Bun thang
Nguyen lieu:
1 kg xuong heo, 1 kg xuong ga, 200g tom non, 1/2 con ga, 200g gio lua, 500g bun, 2 qua trung ga, hanh, rau ram, ngo ri va cac loai gia vi.

Thuc hien:
Xuong heo, xuong ga nau lay nuoc dung. Ga luoc, go lay thit. Trung ga trang mong, thai chi. Gio lua thai chi. 1/2 tom kho gia dap cho vao nuoc dung, 1/2 con lai rang kho, gia bong. Nem lai nuoc leo cho that vua an, bun chan qua nuoc soi.
Trinh bay:
Cho lan luot bun va cac nguyen lieu vao to, cuoi cung la nuoc leo. Mon nay an nong voi mam tom va cu cai muoi xoi.
